From Kindness ✨

Every now and then someone drops off a bag of supplies — fresh lettuce, carrots, broccoli, poultry pellets, kitten food — and it genuinely makes our day. These donations go directly from the doorstep into the bowls of the birds in our care. No admin, no overhead. Just kindness straight to the birds.

What We Always Need

If you'd like to donate supplies, here's what we go through most: fresh leafy greens (lettuce, spinach, silverbeet), broccoli, carrots, apples, kitten food (wet, in jelly or gravy), poultry pellets, and oats. We also always appreciate things like clean towels, washcloths, and small containers.

Why It Matters

We're a fully volunteer-run charitable trust. Every dollar we don't spend on food goes into medical supplies, equipment, and building the facilities that let us care for more birds. Community generosity is genuinely what keeps us going — and we feel it every single day.

If you'd like to drop something off or make a donation, get in touch at flockwellington@gmail.com. And from all of us — and all the birds — thank you. 💕🐦
