Bird Care Doesn't Stop for Christmas

As Wellington's only DOC-permitted independent bird rescue, our doors never truly close. Christmas Day looks a little different here at Flock — there are still mouths to feed, medications to give, and weights to check. Our mismatched crew of patients this year has been keeping us wonderfully busy.

Thank you all so much for the incredible support this year. Flock has grown more than we ever imagined, and we are so excited for what's ahead. Every donation, every share, every kind word — it all goes directly into the care of Wellington's birds. We couldn't do any of it without you.
